About

Breadth of practice, clarity of opinion

I completed my anesthesiology residency at the University of Miami / Jackson Memorial Hospital, one of the nation's largest teaching hospitals, with subspecialty training across tertiary hospitals, a cancer center, an eye institute, a VA hospital, and a children's hospital. I have since practiced in an unusually wide range of settings — academic centers, community hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centers across multiple healthcare systems and states.

That breadth matters in medical-legal work. The standard of care looks different in a tertiary operating room than in a freestanding surgery center, and I have practiced in both. My case review draws on current, hands-on clinical experience in general anesthesiology, perioperative medicine, airway management, procedural sedation, and regional anesthesia.

My commitment to retaining counsel is straightforward: objective, evidence-based opinions grounded in accepted anesthesiology practice, thorough record review, timely communication, and clear explanations of complex medical issues — whichever side of the case the medicine supports.
